Collection of essential items for IDPs

The Lions Multiple District 306 has organized a collection center for collecting essential items required for the internally displaced persons living in the Government welfare centers.

The center would operate at 38, Ward Place, Colombo 7 and an appeal is made from the public for the donation of Infant milk food, baby milk food and new clothes.

The collected items would be dispatched to the welfare centers and donors are assured of the items reaching those persons, who need it desperately.

Donations by cash would be made to a special account opened for this purpose at Commercial Bank, Bambalapitiya Branch. The A/c No. 1106013630.
