Two women remanded

Maradana Police arrested two young women who allegedly assisted to kidnap a girl.

The two women produced before Maligakanda Chief Magistrate and Additional District Judge Crishanthi A Dodangoda were remanded till March 20.

In an another raid conducted by a team from Maradana Police, four weapons were recovered with two suspects arrested.

These two suspects were remanded till March 2 pending an identification parade.
