Lights for remote NCP villages

A large sum of money has been set aside to provide electricity to remote villages in the North Central Province under the Mahinda Chinthana national development concept.

Electricity projects for remote villages in the Hinguragoda, Katukeliyawa and Siyambalagaswewa areas have already been inaugurated. Under the Mahinda Chinthana concept electricity projects have been inaugurated at a cost of Rs. 400 million in the Minneriya polling Division.
