Cuba, Nicaragua economists ink co-op agreement

Cuba: The National Association of Cuban Economists and Accountants (ANEC) and the Central University of Nicaragua (UCN) signed in Havana on Wednesday a framework agreement of cooperation in economic sciences.

The document was inked by President of ANEC Roberto Verrier and Vice-Rector of UCN Francisco Lopez to promote scientific exchange between the parties.

It also contributes to create an atmosphere of discussion, training and critical reflection about the importance of development of economic sciences.

The text establishes a broad exchange of information and joint preparation of materials, research projects on issues of common interest. UCN committed to promote in Nicaragua the international meeting of economists on globalization and problems of development held in Havana. Prensa Latina
