Artistes among NFF candidates

The National Freedom Front (NFF) has nominated six candidates including well-known artistes for the Western Provincial Council election, NFF leader and Parliamentarian Wimal Weerawansa said yesterday.

Artiste Rojer Seneviratne and former Colombo Municipal Council Member Suresh Indika will contest in the Colombo District while Dr. Neluk Mallawa and former Western Provincial Council Member Kingsley Kasthuriarachchi will contest in the Gampaha District while Sudath Maddumage and artiste Lal Kularatne are contesting in the Kalutara District, Weerawansa added.

Weerawansa said they commenced the election propaganda campaign from yesterday.
