Rain put a halt at 2.45 p.m. on day one to the inter school Under 19 cricket tournament match between St. Sebastian's College, Moratuwa and St. Anne's College, Kurunegala played at De Soysa Stadium, Moratuwa.

Sebs occupying the crease were 185 for 4 with Ishan Fernando 75 and batsman Deshan Dias 58. W.R. Weerasinghe took 2 for 18 for the Annites.
