Life Time Awards for S.H. Piyasiri

Former Chief Executive Officer, National Savings Bank, S. H. Piyasiri has been nominated for the Life Time Awards for banking.

He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers London, Past President of the Colombo Centre of the Chartered Institute of Bankers London and the Deputy Chairman Aspic Corporation Ltd, CIFL and Chairman Industrial Finance Ltd.

The presentation of Life Time Awards in Banking is an annual event organized by the Colombo centre of the Chartered Institute of Bankers London presently known as IFS School of Finance. The council members of the Colombo Centre organize this event annually to select a suitable person to be honoured at a function attended by most senior bankers and distinguished invitees.

The council has organized this event at the Ceylon Continental Hotel today at 6.30 p.m. Governor of the Central Bank Ajith Nivard Cabraal will be the Chief Guest.
