Building a world class team |
The first batch of twenty five police officers of the Maldives Police
Service underwent a seven day training program in Sri Lanka recently.
The training programme titled "Building a World Class Team" was
organized by Success Factory.
Dr. Naomal Balasuriya, motivational speaker and corporate trainer in
Sri Lanka and Maldives was the session leader for this programme.
The core areas covered during this training were the power of a world
class vision, developing the leader within you, building a world class
team, bonding a world class team, nothing is impossible attitude and
communicating the compelling cause.
The seven day training also consisted of out bound activities
involving trust building activities, team building activities,
confidence building activities, communication improving activities, risk
taking and team bonding activities. |
