The well-known leadership trainer Dr. Stephen R. Covey is in Sri Lanka again for the second time to share his knowledge with the corporate sector as well as with the people who are seeking to turn their career as a real leadership personality.

Dr. Stephen R. Covey is an internationally respected leadership authority, family expert, teacher and organisational consultant. He has made teaching principle-centered living and principle-centered leadership his life's work.

The workshop would be essential for corporate figures like senior executives and entrepreneurs to understand the importance of keeping the company focused on core values, key goals and the company's strategy and mission, and also for the Human Resource and business unit/sales leaders who wants to increase performance through real work on real issues to drive results.

This would be a great opportunity to get an update perspective, based on FranklinCovey's latest research, on how businesses are achieving organizational greatness, to learn how you can translate and apply these strategies in building a solid foundation of competencies, to learn how you too can create a culture of trust that will fuel profitability, growth, and productivity irrespective of your current position in the organisation.

Dr. Stephen R. Covey earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah, his MBA from Harvard, and completed his doctorate at Brigham Young University. While at Brigham Young University, he served as assistant to the president and was also a professor of business management and organisational behaviour.

The workshop will be held on January 31, and it would be a full day session with including modules like, Achieving Business Results through Great Execution, Inspiration Great Leaders and Managers and Developing Great People.
