Spectacles to needy

The Lions Club Dehiwela North with the assistance of Moneragala District 306 A 2 distributed 200 spectacles to needy persons at a ceremony organised by the Project Co-ordinator Lion S. Ramachandran held at the 18th Mile Post on Buttala - Kataragama Road in the Moneragala District recently.

Over five hundred patients were screened and several others were recommended medical treatments on the direction of doctors who participated at the spectacles donation ceremony.

Lions Chandra Katuwawala, Daya Wijetunga, Karunaratne Perera, Ramees. Dehiwela North Lions Club President Ted Yatagama also participated at the donation campaign.
