Shock and awe in Gaza
Linda van Schagen
For some of us who have Cable TV and can tune into Al Jazeera who
have a wide coverage of the carnage in Gaza, we see the repeat of the
horrors inflicted on Iraqis. But, in Gaza, it is ten times worse with
large bombs dropped on homes, schools, businesses and on innocent
civilians of which 2/3rds have been women and children.
As of today January 14 nearly a 1,000 Gazans have been murdered with
nearly 5,000 badly injured. The injuries are not mere scratches and
bruises - they are horrific. Those sights have kept me wide awake most
nights with the intense feeling that I should be doing something about
it.

Criminalise War
In a recent TV interview with former Prime Minister of Malaysia,
Mahathir Mohamemd, he said that it was time now to criminalise War. I
fully endorse this view. We are in the 21st century and still behaving
like savages and barbarians.
What have we learnt about peaceful co-existence and love, compassion,
forgiveness and reconciliation in the past three thousand years?
Absolutely nothing! We have spent more time in trivial pursuits and
chased after wealth, fame and fortune than in inner reflection,
contemplation and doing good for others. The available knowledge is mere
rubbish.
What we should really be pursuing is the Criminalization of the
Manufacture of All Weapons. Weapons are not manufactured to be used as
trophies to be displayed on shelves and walls. They are manufactured
with the finest precision to kill men, women and children in the most
painful manner possible.
When we see those White Phosphor Bombs exploding in mid-air in Gaza
scattering large pellets (looking like a giant octopus) you should
realize that this is not just a fireworks display. White Phosphor burns
flesh to the bone.
Global institutions
We all know that the Jews control the world - its finances, wars,
western Governments, the IMF, World Bank, the United Nations and various
other global institutions. We also know that, historically, whenever
they come together as a nation they wage wars on neighbouring nations,
get defeated, and become those nations’ slaves (after terrible wars they
have been enslaved by Egyptians, Babylonians and Assyrians).
Around 100 A.D. they lost their battles and became the Jewish
Diaspora, stateless, reviled, persecuted, gassed and slaughtered but did
not learn their lesson. For nearly 2,000 years they lived in pockets of
the world until the last century when the United Nations was formed and
they were given official status as a nation in 1948 on land robbed from
the Palestinians.
They are up to their ancient tricks again - that of breaking the Ten
Commandments given to them by their God, Yah-Weh (the War God in
Hebrew).
Air offensive
The Israelis launched their air offensive on Gaza on their Sabbath
(Saturday) when the commandment clearly says “Six days of the week shall
thou labour but on the seventh day, rest and keep it holy”.
Ten commandments
The second offensive on Gaza, the ground offensive or invasion,
happened on the following sabbathi. “Love Thy Neighbour as Thyself” and
“Thou shalt not covet Thy Neighbours Wife, nor his Ox nor his Ass, Nor
anything that is Thy Neighbours” are the other commandments broken by
them. The most important of all the Ten Commandments is “Thou Shalt Not
Kill” and this they have violated in the last 20 days of the War on Gaza
over 1,000 times.
The Bible was written for the Jews and it is a saga of the love-hate
relationship Yah-Web (or Jehovah in English) had with the Jews. Through
the Bible they have been chastised as being ‘disobedient’, ‘rebellious’,
‘disloyal’, ‘stiff-necked’ and so on. It is full of threats of what
Yah-Web will do to them if they continued disobeying them, including
their total annihilation in the last book of the Bible, the Revelations
of John, also known as ‘Apocalypse of John’. Apocalypse is the Greek
word for revelation. The book of revelations was written by John in the
island of Patmos, Greece.
Are these the prophesied ‘End-times’ of the Jews? |
