Diplomatic posting for Sunil Sarath Perera

Veteran journalist Sunil Sarath Perera has been appointed Deputy Head of Mission of the Kuwaiti Embassy. Mr. Perera has held several posts including Additional Secretary to Environmental and Natural Resources Ministry.

Chairman of Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation, Director General of Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation, Media Communication Director of Fisheries Ministry and Promotion Director of Environmental Ministry in the past. He has also authored several books on environment and communication areas and has also held the post of Editor of Soba magazine.
