CMA business management seminar

The CMA business management seminar on global financial and Impact On the Economy and Business conducted by the Society of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka will be held on January 19 at the Hotel Taj Samudra.

Senior Country Economist, World Bank Office Sri Lanka Claus P. Astrup will speak on Global Financial Crises while Executive Director, Institute of Policy Studies Dr. Saman Kelegama will speak on Impact on Sri Lankan Economy.

Global Financial Crises and Macroeconomic Policies will be presented by Lead Economist, LIRNE Asia, Dr. Harsha de Silva.

Director, Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) Dr. Uditha Liyanage will speak on Strategies for Business in Crises.

A presentation on Impact on Export Sector will be made by Chairman, Jinasena Ltd, Dr. Nihal Jinasena. Chairman, Planters' Association, G. D. V. Perera will speak on Plantation Sector Crises while Chairman, Joint Apparel Association Forum (JAAF) Ajith Dias will speak on Garment Sector Survival.
