Sri Lankan contingent for South Asian Junior C'ships picked

The National Selection Committee of the Amateur Athletic Association of Sri Lanka comprising of Dunstan Fernando (Chairman), K.P. Sahabandu, N. Vijayaratne and G.G.U. Saman Kumara with Prema Pinnawela as Secretary selected the following team for the South Asian Junior Athletic C'ships to be held in Chennai or Pune, India in February, 2009 which was approved by the Minister of Sports and Public Recreation Gamini Lokuge.

He also has approved Dulanjali Ranasinghe, South Asian Gold Madalist as the captain of the team.
