Dr. Amunugama for Doha confab

Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion Minister, Dr. Sarath Amunugama will represent President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the forthcoming Meeting of Heads of States to be held in Doha, Qatar.

This meeting will review developments since the Monterrey Consensus which addresses challenges of financing development in a spirit of global partnership and solidarity.

Since the Monterrey Consensus, the world has seen many global crises such as food, energy, climate change and economic downturn.
