Student clash: Eight in custody

The Galle Police has taken into custody eight students of a boys school in Galle for allegedly attacking two students of another school, yesterday near a private tuition class.

The two students were admitted to Kararapitiya hospital with some serious injuries, police said.

Police said that the incident was over a dispute , which had taken place three days ago in the tuition class.

According to police, the injured two students had allegedly attacked two students of the rival school three days ago .

Eight students who have been arrested in this connection will be produced in Court today.

Galle Police is investigating.
