Without limiting information to the printed version, today the SLT
Directory with RAINBOW PAGES is accessible through different mediums
such as Web, CD, Call Centre and on Mobile phones, said, General Manager
of SLT Publications (Pvt) Ltd L.P.M.P. Balapitiya in Colombo yesterday.
The SLT Directory with RAINBOW PAGES has evolved into a comprehensive
guide complete with socially valuable information. "Under the
Telecommunication Regulatory Act, SLT has a legal obligation to provide
customers with a copy of the Directory. Given that the SLT customer base
is dispersed across the island, this valuable source of information is
available everywhere, making everyone's life increasingly convenient and
comfortable" he said.
The advantages of this new dimension of the SLT directory,
accessibility is that each customer will be entitled to receive two
directories namely, SLT National Business Directory (Consisting
Information Pages, Government Pages, Religious Pages, Organization
Pages, and RAINBOW PAGES) and the SLT National Residential Directory
(Consisting of Personal and Individual names).
All the information are categorised in three languages which is
Sinhala, Tamil and English. The SLT National Directory CD consists of
Information Pages, Government Pages, Religious Pages, Organization
Pages, and RAINBOW PAGES. This CD will also enable users to search for
any details by name, business name, category and/or location. |
