AFC 'A' certificate coaching course

An International Coaching Course and an examination to promote AFC 'B' Certificate qualified Football Coaches to AFC 'A' Certificate grade is now in progress at National Football Training Centre, Baddegana Road, Pita-Kotte, Kotte.

This is the first occasion such a higher level course is conducted in Sri Lanka according to FIFA/AFC Coach Education Policy. Masoud Eqhbali of IR Iran is the Course Instructor. In addition to Sri Lankan AFC 'B' Coaching Certificate holders six foreign AFC 'B' Certificate holders nominated by Bhutan - Bangladesh - Pakistan Football Associations too are participating in this course.
