Novel move to nab bogus manpower recruiters

The Sri Lanka Bureau for Foreign Employment (SLBFE) yesterday announced cash rewards for information which would lead to the capture of rogue manpower recruiters.

SLBFE Chairman Kingsley Ranawake told the media that the novel move was intended at getting maximum support from the public to minimise malpractices related to migrant labour recruitment.

The Chairman said the public could contact either the Chairman or officers directly and the information would be regarded in the highest confidential manner.
