UAV makes forced landing at A'pura

An Air Force Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) made a forced landing yesterday morning at the Anuradhapura air base due to a technical failure.

Air Force spokesman Wing Commander Janaka Nanayakkara said the UAV belonging to the Air Force was compelled to make the emergency landing at the Anuradhapura air base at around 8.25am. An Air Force technical team was deployed to probe into the matter.
