No more admissions for national schools

Requests for admissions from Grade 01 to 11 to National Schools will not be accepted by the Ministry since all admissions have been finalised, Education Ministry Secretary M.M.D.N. Bandara said yesterday.

Parents who received official transfers should submit their applications to the Provincial Director or Zonal Director for the selection of provincial schools.

Applications for the vacancies in 2009 should be sent to the principals by post.
