Saudi who died in Lanka buried in Jeddah

RIYADH: The 28-year-old Saudi man, who died of a heart attack in Sri
Lanka on Friday, was buried on Tuesday evening in Jeddah soon after his
body arrived from Colombo.
The body of Thameer Saeed Al-Zahrani arrived at King Abdul Aziz
International Airport in Jeddah by SriLankan Airlines flight UL 281 on
Tuesday afternoon.
Saeed Yahya Al- Zahrani, father of the deceased received the body
from the airport authorities, SriLankan Airlines Manager Chintaka
Bandara said.
Thameer Al-Zahrani died while being taken to Negombo Base Hospital
from the airport.
He was on a Saudia flight which made an emergency landing in Colombo
at 8:33 p.m. on Friday after he complained of severe chest pains. |
