Dilroy appointed as IRB match official Educator

Sri Lanka Referee and International Rugby Board Educator, Dilroy Fernando has been appointed by the IRB to officiate as an IRB Match Official Educator.

He will be assisting with the running of matches as well as working with the Referees and local Match Officials and Players at the HSBC Asian-5-nations Regional Tournament in Guam from 29th June to 5th July 2008.
