HRC explains

The Human Rights Commission in a release yesterday said the vehicle from which ammunition was found, does not belong to the commission.

The release: The vehicle does not belong to the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka and the driver is not an employee of the Commission. The Human Rights Commission has permitted the Jaffna Co-ordinator to hire a vehicle on monthly basis whenever a vehicle is required.
