Fitzgerald for CR-Kandy match

A leading referee from the Arabian Gulf James Fitzgerald who is in Sri Lanka on the invitation of the Sri Lanka Society of Rugby Football Referees will officiate in the Kandy SC-CR and FC Caltex 'A' Division League rugby match which will be worked off at Nittawela on June 15 (Sunday).

Fitzgerald will also referee the Singer League under 20 schools rugby match between Isipatana and St. Peter's which will be played at Havelock Park on June 13 (Friday).

Former Leading 'A' Division referee Asela de Silva who is here on a holiday will referee the Army-Police Caltex 'A' Division League rugby match at Police Park on June 14.

De Silva who migrated to Australia eight years ago will be in Sri Lanka for one month and will officiate in some more matches. He refereed last Saturday's Caltex 'A' Division League rugby match between CH and FC and Kandy SC at Maitland Crescent.
