Fathima Nabeela, an infant of 699, Bloemendhal Road, Colombo 14 is suffering from a congenital heart disease and has been recommended an urgent surgery in Miot Hospital in Chennai by Chief Paediatric Cardiologist Dr. K. Sivakumar.

The estimated cost of the surgery is Rs. 600,000 which has to be paid on admission to the hospital.

Her parents say they are not in a position to foot this bill and request the public and philanthropists to send their contributions to help expedite the surgery.

All contributions should be remitted to A/C Number 046200180392844 of People's Bank, Colombo 01.
