Key Changes at DCSL

In an announcement to the Colombo Stock Exchange the Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka (DCSL) has stated key management changes to the group and its subsidiaries.

An announcement stated that Ranil de Silva was appointed Group Chief Executive with effect from February 01. Nalaka Godahewa will bow out his position as Chief Executive of subsidiary Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation with effect from May 31.

Suren Galagoda has been appointed as Chief Executive of general insurance of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation and Suresh Paranavithana as Chief Executive of life insurance. Prasad Samarasinghe has been appointed as Managing Director of DCSL's subsidiary Lanka Bell from April 7.
