Seek permission, polls chief tells displaced voters
The Elections Commissioner announced yesterday
that displaced voters in the Eastern Province who want to cast their
ballot at a polling station close to their temporary shelter should
seek permission by sending an application certified by the Grama
Niladhari in the area.
