John Ford goes South

John Ford Credit Management (Pvt) Limited, (JFCM) have expanded their operations to cover the Southern Province with the appointment of Resident Recovery Officers for Ambalangoda, Galle and Matara areas.

Arrangements for similar appointments are underway to overlook the Kandy, Kurunegala, Negombo and Puttlam areas. “Clients are ensured of expeditious on-the-spot action in these areas too,” said Chairman/CEO, JFCM, Roshan Hassen.

The Company was incorporated in June 2006 in Galle Road, Colombo 3, with the intension of conducting, preliminary investigations with the objective of recovering unrecoverable bad debts on behalf of individuals and corporate clients including banks.

Specialising in all facets of this “tricky” operation the Recovery Officers employed by JFCM are mainly ex-service personnel who have not only undergone training but also possess a suitable personality and wide experience having at their disposal all necessary facilities, including vehicles, to ensure optimum performance. “These officers are further motivated by the generous fringe benefits offered by the company,” he said.

Prior to the establishment of JFCM company had lengthy in-depth discussions with professionals in Sri Lanka and abroad, and thereafter implemented the latest ethical techniques adopted especially in USA and United Kingdom, which have proved to be equally successful in Sri Lanka.

“Within a short period time four leading banks, many other financial institutions, corporate clients and individuals are using the services of JFCM.

“These clients have expressed satisfaction at the high percentage of success achieved on their behalf by JFCM as in a majority of cases recoveries had previously been written off as bad debts,” he said. He also disclosed that operations on behalf of banks consist primarily of recoveries against credit card and loan defaulters. More details could be obtained on tier e-mail [email protected]
