A person who pleaded guilty to heaping garbage in his garden unhygienically leading to the breeding of mosquitoes was fined Rs. 2,000.

Miskin Fakeer Mohammed of Kandewatta, Galle was fined by Galle Additional Magistrate Chandani Dias. PHI Indunil Weerasinghe of the Galle Municipal Council led the prosecution.
