Teetotaller heroin dealer nabbed

The Southern Province Special Crimes Investigation Unit took into custody a person with 5,000 milligrams of heroin near the Hikkaduwa Railway Station.

Investigations revealed that the man was a teetotaller and his daily income from the sale of heroin amounted to Rs. 10,000. He was taken into custody on a tip off.
