Four injured in shooting

COLOMBO: Four persons were injured, two of them critically in a shooting incident at Jummah Junction, Maradana in the wee hours of yesterday, police said.

According to Maradana police, an unidentified gang who arrived in a three wheeler shot four persons who were standing near a restaurant at the junction at round 1.30 am, Police said.

The injured were admitted to the Colombo National Hospital.

Maradana police is investigating.
