Jaffna students donate blood

JAFFNA: One hundred and fifty seven students and eighteen teachers of St. Patrick’s College, Jaffna donated blood to the Blood Bank of Jaffna Teaching Hospital. The Interact Club of St. Patrick’s College organised the event.

This is said to be the first time that a school in Jaffna donated blood in large scale.
