Ramazan Dates from Saudi

COLOMBO: The Saudi Arabian Government has sent Dates to Sri Lanka at the request of Petroleum and Petroleum Resources Development Minister A.H.M. Fowzie to be distributed among Muslims for the Ramadan Fasting.

Finance Ministry officials of the Saudi Arabian Government will hand over the dates to Deputy Foreign Minister Husain Bahila today.
