MANNAR: Ten Indian fishermen illegally fishing in the seas of North of Mannar were arrested by a Navy patrol on Tuesday morning and handed over to the Mannar police, Navy spokesman Commander D.P.K. Dassanayake said.

According to Commander Dassanayake, the Navy patrol detected two boats North of Mannar at around 3.45 am. “We found 10 Indian fishermen fishing illegally in our territorial waters and they were arrested”, he said.
