hSenid Sponsors Sri Lanka Swimming Team for Championship in Pakistan

SPONSORSHIP: Colombo Sri Lanka 29th August 2007. The Sri Lankan swimming team is participating for the first time in this year’s 1st South Asian Swimming and Water polo Championship in Islamabad Pakistan.

The team will be sponsored by hSenid Software International, a global software solution provider in Mobile solutions, Business Solutions and software outsourcing services.

The team comprises of 68 swimmers all together. Julian Bolling along with Shehan De Alwis from SLASU will be accompanying the swimmers.

The Sri Lankan swimming team comprises a host of top swimmers. One such youngster is Heshan Unanboowe, who has by far achieved an immense amount of goals at last years South Asian games held in Sri Lanka.

As each country has their own unique personalities to be proud of, we as Sri Lankan’s should be proud of these young individuals who will definitely bring fame and glory to our motherland.

This biggest ever international swimming competition in Pakistan’s sports history features both Open and Under-14 categories whilst Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka will also compete in the water polo championship. Both male and female swimmers would take part in the 19 disciplines of the six-nation swimming gala.

As the sponsor, hSenid provided each individual representing the country with their swimming gear for the championship. “Once again hSenid has shown their commitment in supporting the swimming team for this championship.
