School vacation begins today

COLOMBO:The school vacation will begin from today. The third term will begin on September 4.

Muslim schools, schools will re-open on August 18.

Royal College, Colombo will open on September 10 for the third term as the school is being used as a marking centre of Advanced Level Examination papers.

Hindu College Colombo, Nalanda, D.S. Senanayake, Ramanadhan Balika, Anula Balika (Nugegoda), Ratnawali Balika (Gampaha), Girls High School (Kandy), Maliyadeva Balika (Kurunegala), Vidyaloka (Galle), Sujatha (Matara) and Rahula (Matara) will begin their third term on September 5, a media release said.
