Sachith to lead under 19 team

CRICKET: Dynamic all rounder Sachith Pathirana of Trinity College Kandy will captain the Sri Lanka under 19 team during the forthcoming home series against Bangladesh under 19 and India under 19 teams.

The Sri Lanka under 19 team will play two three day matches between July 7 and 14 against Bangladesh under 19 team and two more three day matches against India under 19 team between August 4 and 11.

In addition hosts Sri Lanka will join with Bangladesh and India for a triangular limited overs tournament from July 19 to 28 with matches been played in Colombo, Moratuwa and Kandy.
