SLAAR to further uplift the standards of travel agency staff by
providing a meaningful platform for agents to come together in the

overall understanding on the Reservations, fares and ticketing process.
The program saw a good turnout of agency staff including leading
travel agents such as Gabo Travels, Sparklink Travels, The Traveller,
Thomas Cook and Aitken Spence among many others represented by their
senior staff members.
The main significance of this training was that it was also
represented by several leading Airlines from Sri Lankan Airlines,
Malaysian Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, British Airways,
Qantas, KLM/Northwest Airlines, Martin Air, Air France, Virgin Atlantic
and Lufthansa.
The participants were welcomed by President of SLAAR Gerard
