Petroleum prices revised

COLOMBO: A litre of petrol will cost Rs.106 from today, the Ceylon petroleum Corporation announced last night.

The earlier price was Rs.105. Super petrol will cost Rs.109 a litre, an increase of one rupee.

Diesel prices have increased by Rs.2 a litre, with Auto Diesel costing Rs.67 and Super Diesel, Rs.72.30.

Kerosene will also cost one rupee more, with the new price being Rs.51. Furnace oil varieties will also cost Rs.3 more per litre.
