FM denies gag on Secretary

COLOMBO: Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama yesterday denied news reports that he had advised Foreign Secretary Dr. Palitha Kohona against speaking to the media on issues related to foreign affairs.

Bogollagama said:," I do not know how this went to the media, but there hasn't been any restriction as such from me or President Mahinda Rajapaksa to Foreign Secretary Kohona".
