SLT offers communication solutions to Mt. Lavinia Hotel

AGREEMENT: Sri Lanka Telecom, Sri Lanka’s number one communication service provider announced the signing of an agreement with Mount Lavinia Hotel, one of the leading flagship hotels in the country.

 several departments as well as all of the hotel rooms, along with high-speed Internet connectivity.

The agreement, which is projected to cut down costs of internal communication and increase productivity resulting from cost effective real time communication, also helps to enhance capabilities of the customer as well as making operations smoother.

Speaking on the reason why the hotel chose SLT as their service provider, Mount Lavania Hotel’s Chairman Sanath Ukwatte, said, “SLT has built a reputation over the years as a company that is a growing strength in the field of information technology.

We foresaw that connectivity would play a significant role in communication, thus we chose SLT, as it was a reliable company. The quality of service, offered with a customised solution based on our requirement was also another factor.”

“SLT’s communication solutions give us an immense sense of freedom to maintain our standards and build good relationship with all our valuable business partners,” he added.

SLT CEO Shoji Takahashi said “Mount Lavinia Hotel is a long term client of SLT and this solution will produce desired cost savings while maintaining the required communication needs of the hotel.
