455 SLEAS officers to be appointed

COLOMBO: The Ministry of Education is to appoint new officers to the Sri Lanka Education Administrative Service (SLEAS) based on the result of the limited Examination which was held in 2005. Under this programme 455 officers will be absorbed to the Grade 111 of Sri Lanka Education Administrative Service.

These 455 appointments have already been approved by the Public Service Commission.

The official ceremony of handing over appointment letters will be held today (12) at 2.00pm. at the Ananda College, Kularatne Hall under the patronage of the Education Minister Susil Premajayantha.
