He added that around one billion dollars is spent annually to develop
the services and technology of the company. “Xerox introduced
multi-function devices and digital copiers at the same cost.
Our target is to improve productivity and efficiency. Global services
will be woven into the services in Sri Lanka,” Horn said. “Research
reveals that one per cent of revenue is spent on documents.
Through the improved services Xerox customers can save money and
time. At present our services and productions are based on value added
partners. We will maximise the coverage in Sri Lanka this year,” he
added.
Chief Executive Officer, Xesol, Dennis de Costa, said Xerox
simplifies the process and reduces the overall cost of working.
“Our business consulting services help companies streamline document
related processes. We can help organisations to digitise and share
documents meeting regulatory and legal requirements,” he said. |
