popularly served globally today this makes it a great opportunity for
the participating countries to come up with new Tea concoctions
enhancing the unlimited varieties of existing Teas.
We appreciate all efforts made by The Chefs Associations in
organising the competition nationally and selecting the right candidate.
Dilmah Marketing Director, Dilhan C. Fernando added “The Dilmah Tea
Sommelier programme is our tribute to nature’s healing herb.
It is also a manifestation of our belief that tea is the beverage for
the 21st century - as much for its healing and protective properties as
for its variety, range of indulgent taste, flavour and aroma
experiences. May a deeper understanding of Real Tea, bring the enjoyment
of this wonderful herb to more people”.
