Army exposes major conspiracy
Former Sinhala journalist received training,
weapons from LTTE:
The three Sinhalese men arrested by the Army on
Monday night have confessed they have received three consignments of
weapons and explosives from the LTTE for several explosions in
Colombo.

LTTE murders Poosari who garlanded President
Selliah Kurukkal Parameshwaran, the Chief
Poosari of the Santhiveli Pulleyar Kovil, Batticaloa who garlanded
President Mahinda Rajapaksa during his recent visit to Vakarai was
shot dead by three LTTE gunmen just outside his residence last
night, military sources told the Daily News.
