Two 'US spies' killed in Pakistan
PAKISTAN: Pakistani authorities Tuesday found the
bullet-riddled bodies of two Afghans who were suspected by militants of
spying for US forces across the border in Afghanistan, officials said.
The corpses were found near Pir Kalay village, some 18 kilometres (11
miles) east of Miranshah, the main town in the semi-autonomous North
Waziristan tribal district, an intelligence official told AFP.
"Both men had their hands tied behind their backs and they had been
shot several times sometime late Monday," the official said on condition
of anonymity. |
