An Iranian delegation met Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion Minister Dr. Sarath Amunugama at his Ministry on Monday to discuss the setting up of a 400mw power plant at Mirissa. The Minister said that the power plant which is estimated to cost more than 200 million US dollars would help the country meet the increasing electricity demand.
