Allianz introduces cashless claims settlement on hospitalisation

NEW PRODUCT: Allianz, the fully owned subsidiary of Allianz AG, has now expanded its personalised services to customers with a hospitalisation cover that waives the requirement of paying cash upfront on hospitalisation.

Allianz customers now need only dial a special helpline number that connects them directly to Medilink, the claims administrator, who will then contact the hospital to ensure that all his hospitalisation expenses, including the initial deposit monies, are met.

This facility is presently available with 15 leading hospitals in Sri Lanka.

Allianz customers need no longer have the headache of finding large sums of cash at short notice to meet either emergency or planned hospitalisation expenses, nor will they experience the stress of delays and lengthy paperwork usually associated with claims settlement.

This hospitalisation cover has been especially designed with the customer's convenience in mind, so the customer needs only to worry about a speedy recovery, while Allianz takes care of the rest.
