Accolades to JKOA loyal dealers

TRIBUTE: John Keells Office Automation recently paid tribute to its loyal dealers for their contribution during the last financial year.

The JKOA Annual Dealer Convention, held at the Cinnamon Grand, rewarded and recognised the high performing dealers who helped realise the company's total growth in Toshiba copier unit sales compared with last year. The company's total revenue growth was 43% as a direct result of this performance.

The Dealer Convention was graced by Senior Manager International Operation, Atsuki Masuo, Regional Manager Jimmy Lim, Country Manager (EI) Toshiba Singapore (Pvt) Ltd., Christopher Lee and Executive Vice President JKH and Head of IT sector Sujiva Dewaraja.

JKOA's dealer network comprises 24 dealers who contributed to a total growth of 27% based on unit sales compared to last year's performance. This performance had a direct impact on the company's growth during the year. Central Province - Kandy District and Southern Province - Matara and Galle enjoyed significant market growth while Maldivian market made the highest revenue. North and Eastern provinces also made a valuable contribution to the success.

Among those walking away with the key awards were Photon Chirmag (Pvt) of Kandy which was recognised as the most outstanding dealer of 2005 - 2006 Gold award while K.E Office Automation (Pvt) Ltd., of Matara and Lanka Technology Appliances (Pvt) Ltd. Galle were awarded Bronze and Silver awards respectively.

Imtiaz Paekirdeen at Badulla was recognised as the best up-coming dealer for the year 2005-2006. The best showroom award was claimed by Global Office Solution Kurunegala.

The most prestigious award of the night - Platinum was awarded to Copier Plus (Pvt) Ltd., Maldives for generating the highest revenue for the year 2005-2006.
